GRACE KILLELEA (“Kill-a-LAY”) is the CEO and Founder of The GKC Group, a leadership development company that launched “Half The Sky Leadership”, a program dedicated to the advancement of high potential women in early 2013. Clients seeking a co-ed leadership offering prompted Grace to pilot a second program this past Fall called “Quattro”. The GKC Group also offers executive coaching and consulting.
Her book “The Confidence Effect” continues her passion for helping women to connect their competence to their confidence, showing them how to take charge of their own careers by building relationships, learning to show their true, authentic selves as their brand, building a focus on results and taking accountability and discovering how to embrace change, bounce back and move forward.
